Summary

Shang Shu Qing's brother, Shang Chao Zong, pressures her to consider marrying Li Ye, a widower he believes is a suitable match. Despite her brother's insistence, Qing'er expresses her disinterest in marriage, revealing her feelings for another man, Niu You Dao. She describes an inexplicable connection to him, feeling he has been waiting for her.
