Summary

Mo Wuji, immersed in his own world, struggles to find the elusive Seven Arrows of the Nail Head after being struck by them. Ten days pass, and he grows weaker, relying on the Life God Pill to sustain his life force. He seeks help from Huan Ti, a sage he has imprisoned, but Huan Ti cannot assist him in breaking the spell. Huan Ti suggests a desperate method involving burning one's own Primordial Spirit, which Mo Wuji cannot do as he lacks one. Realizing he has no choice, Mo Wuji contemplates killing Huan Ti. However, Huan Ti offers a sliver of his Daoist soul for Mo Wuji to control, hoping to survive. Mo Wuji agrees, sealing Huan Ti's Daoist Spirit, and then focuses on ensuring Ji Li's safety before continuing his search for the essence of the Nail Head Book Feather Arrow Dao Rhythm.
